Hi all.

These things can never be correct or incorrect. It is mostly
personal opinions. If you want to be productive, please do be
dragged into such “wars”.

Sorry, all…
It’s too bad joke for many people, while I would like to promote ATS…

We received a review the other day for a paper we wrote.
In the paper, we mentioned that C is considered an efficient
language. But the reviewer told us that Javascript is faster because
of JIT. It is indeed a very interesting opinion.

I think the function such like JIT is not good for system programming…

I should have written:

If you want to be productive, please do not be dragged into such “wars”.
^^^

I missed the word ‘not’ :frowning:

I appreciate your effort to promote ATS very much!

This is a group for ats-lang-users, so saying good things about ATS should
be
okay

Cheers!On Monday, May 12, 2014 10:32:00 PM UTC-4, Kiwamu Okabe wrote:

i liked the (possibly flame war fuel) slide where you put languages in
app/low-level vs. non/performance quadrants

Here is my opinion.
