I had been adding some of them to the sf.net wiki, but not as many
recently. Not everything has a place there, and I’m also not sure how much

Ian Denhardt raised the following question:
You’ve been sending out a lot of useful tips like this one lately, and I
was wondering: are these being collected anywhere besides the mailing
list? It seems like the kind of thing that should be stored somewhere
more permanent.
My answer:
No, there are not stored anywhere else.
Most of the tips I posted here are answers to questions raised by
students taking a class with me this semester. I put the answers here
so that they may help more people interested in ATS.–Hongwei Xi
