I was thumbing through “Introduction to programming in ATS”, and noticed
an inconsistency within the first page. The sample program is written
for ATS 2, but the command given to compile it invokes atscc, which was
the executable for anairiats. Presumably this just hasn’t been updated.
I added a note to say that atscc may be named patscc in certain
installations.
For people not installing ATS1, I do suggest using atscc and atsopt
