ATS next Wed Aug 13th @ 6:30pm

(So far looking at 5 - 10 people attending.)

6:30pm @ Ooyala
800 W El Camino Real,
Suite 350 (3rd floor),
Mountain View,
CA 94040.

My cell # is 408 780 8123. Call me when you get there so I can come
let you in if the doors are locked.

Please try to install ATS2 (Postiats) on your own laptop & bring it
with you so you can play along with the tutor.

Please eat before you get there or bring your dinner! There are drinks
and snacks at work, but not enough dinner for guests.

[If there are lots of people in other locations who want to attend but
cannot physically be there, we might be able to set up a Hangout or
something? If somebody can tell us how to do full-screen sharing that
way, I’ve never tried it. But at the moment we’re just planning on
doing very simple 1-1 screen sharing and projecting it, so really it
is best if you can attend in person.]

word! that might actually be the best trick. On Thu, Aug 7, 2014 at 1:57 PM, Steinway Wu stein...@gmail.com wrote:

Hi, I also have a one-liner for installing ATS in a docker container. This
gives you the ability to edit/compile any ATS code on any platform as long
as docker is installed.

You can check out GitHub - steinwaywhw/docker-ats: A docker image for ATS2 to see if it’s
helpful.

You can easily write a Vagrantfile based on that Makefile, which gives you
ability to boot up a real virtual machine (instead of a container). On Thursday, August 7, 2014 4:59:39 PM UTC-4, Raoul Duke wrote:

Ok, I’ll be here tonight! We’re going to start at 6:30 tonight,
promptly, apart from any technical issues.

Please eat dinner before, or bring it with you! There’s no sponsor
lined up for pizza or anything! Look at online maps to see what’s near
by if you need - there’s a super affordable Taco Bell just around the
corner if you need e.g. :-}---------- Forwarded message ----------
